About Holli
Welcome to the Enthroned Empress blog. If you’re here for the first time, you want to know about me, but make no mistake, after you do, the focus of the blog is going to be “all about you!”
My Vision
Is for you to have an experience here and to Enthrone Yourself – learn how to be beautiful inside and out; to have you join me in learning and growing and coming to Enthroned Empress not only to get information, but for you to become a part of a movement and SHARE. We can all learn from each other.
My role and what you’ll get
I will share my experience, knowledge, information, guidance, optimistic attitude and mindset
about:
* nutrition and health information, and advice for living a healthy lifestyle
* taking control of your life with different skill sets such as personal growth, financial management, daily organizational skills for your personal and business life, social media skills
* fashion and jewelry tips, ideas and updates – what are the trends this season, what you must have in your closet, and ideas on how to work with and add to what you already own (Did you know – the best dressed women wear gap t-shirts with Chanel bags)?
* business ideas – to help you if you’d like additional income; if you’re tired of working for someone else and you would like to be in charge of your financial future
With regard to these topics I will be your resource and research guide – you will also have access to personal consultations, if you so desire.
Let’s create together
I enthusiastically welcome suggestions on topics you’d like to learn about and also share.
My Goal is to have you join me in making a difference in the world.
One of the paths is through my charity which you can read about at www.enthronedempress.com. The other path is through this blog: I want to help women get stronger and really learn how to stand on their own two feet, whether they are in a loving relationship or single.
A little about me… who is Holli
I was born and raised in northern New Jersey and even though I have lived in Florida since 1978, I am a Jersey Girl through and through. Hey, people make fun of Jersey all the time but it is one of the most civilized of all the states – they still pump gas for you!
Although I am 54 years old sometimes I forget how old I am because I truthfully still feel like I’m in my 30’s. Last year I told everyone I was 51 and I really thought I was.
I am recently divorced but have a very amicable relationship with my ex – after all, we have a history together and share two amazing children, a girl and a boy. My girlfriend suggested that we should do a reality TV show on how exes should get along.
I almost got divorced 10 years ago but my Mom, (who was alive at the time), convinced me that I should stay married because “one is a lonely number” and that I better be prepared to be by myself for the rest of my life. Well, I simply wasn’t ready for that and it took me 10 years to get to the point I am at Today!
Yes I can be alone and yes I can be happy this way!
I woke up one day to find out that my finances were totally mismanaged and that basically at 54 I was starting over. Well,…While a lot of people would not have gotten out of bed in the morning (I will confess I did have a few “pity parties” for myself) I picked myself up and decided that the important thing is that everyone is healthy, the sun is shining and I am reborn. Time to do something to help prevent others from making the same mistake(s) and help those who have experienced similar stories (boy there are a lot) get back on their feet.
Honest, sometimes to a fault, self-confident, energetic, creative, fun loving, fearless, optimistic and warm and friendly (I never met a stranger) are a few of the ways I have been described. For me, a day without laughing is a day without sunshine. Everyone also tells me I have impeccable taste and style which I accept as a wonderful compliment.
I see everyone as equals – I am as comfortable talking with a janitor as I would be with the queen of England!
As for hobbies, I am always up to trying something new and love to be outside with nature. I love to dance, read, cook, ski, travel, go to the movies, broadway shows, opera, dance and music events.
My favorite book is “A Woman of Substance,” by Barbara Taylor Bradford. Favorite movies – The American President (I’m a sucker for romantic comedies), and The First Wives Club (where the idea for Enthroned Empress was born).
